How to Live Intentionally

A Review of Life Math Money’s book Live Intentionally

Who are you? Most likely you are an amalgamation of what you consume meaning most of you are what you saw as cool characters on TV or movies. This is why I promote writing so much. By sitting down in a quiet room and being alone with your thoughts, writing allows you to delve deeper into the real you.

Few people ever spend time doing this. If you were to take a few minutes each day and write, in time, you’ll gain a greater understanding of the real you.

“Far too many people spend their entire lives hoping for a better past and as a result, cannot enjoy their present and future.” – Harsh Strongman, @LifeMathMoney

One aspect that I’m no expert in and rarely talk about is Meditation. But @LifeMathMoney does an excellent job explaining the benefits of meditations and how you can implement it into your life. What are these benefits you ask? Well, I’ve noticed I feel more in control of my life and less reactive to negative events. Mr. Strongman also see improved mood and happiness along with increased self-awareness and mindfulness.
